Eligibility Criteria for SBI PO Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Final-year students may apply provisionally, provided they submit proof of graduation by 30th April 2025.
- Candidates with Integrated Dual Degrees (IDD) or professional qualifications (e.g., Engineering, Chartered Accountant) are eligible if they meet the graduation deadline.
Age Limit
As of 1st April 2024, candidates must be between 21 and 30 years (born between 2nd April 1994 and 1st April 2003). Age relaxations apply for reserved categories as per government norms.

Selection Process for SBI PO Recruitment 2025
The selection process involves three stages:

- Main Examination: Objective test on Reasoning, Data Analysis, General Awareness, and English, along with a descriptive test for essay and letter writing.
- Phase III: Psychometric tests, group exercises, and a personal interview.
The final selection will be based on normalized scores from the Main Exam and Phase III.
