Being an NGO, our focus is to help people in the best way possible and ensuring that any money spent by you on our website is utilized in the best way possible. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellations are only possible for entry into our paid events. No cancellation requests are entertained for donations or membership fees.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to cater to the needs of everyone .

In case any user is not completely satisfied with our services or wants to cancel his/her entry for an event, you can initiate a refund request.  

We shall initiate a refund only after your concern is found to be genuine.

All refunds will be made via the payment gateway you used for the corresponding transaction using the payment details that you provide our representative.
